SCHOOL DONATION PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES

Effective Date: April 10, 2023

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the VOUCH School Donation Program (the "Program"). The following Official Rules (the "Rules" or the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you, or the school being represented ("you," "your", “school”) and VOUCH Vault, Inc. ("VOUCH," "we", "our" or "us"). 

These Official Rules govern the Program and its website, mobile website, and app.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT,” OR REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, DOWNLOADING VOUCH (the “App”), ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, WEBSITE AND/OR THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE VOUCH PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE, AS WELL AS ANY APPLICABLE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS OR FUTURE MODIFICATIONS.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Please check back often to ensure you are aware of any updates or changes to these terms. Your use of the App and Program website, and/or participation in the Program indicates acceptance of all terms.

EASY WAYS TO EARN CASH FOR YOUR SCHOOL

Cash can be earned for your eligible and enrolled school in two different ways:

REGISTERED USERS FOLLOWING THE RECIPIENT SCHOOL

The VOUCH Mobile App allows users to earn cash for their designated eligible, enrolled school. Since April 10, 2023, cash can be earned by creating a user profile for the school seeking donations. During the qualifying period, $1.00 shall be earned for the school for each user who follows the school account. Followers may be tracked in real-time by viewing the school’s profile screen on the App. Schools receive a check on rolling 90-day periods. 

SCHOOL-TAGGED CONTENT 

Every user’s post  (recommendation/Vouch) on the App which uses the school’s designated hashtag shall earn the school $0.25 (capped at 200 school-hashtag posts per user).

HOW TO EARN CASH FOR AN ELIGIBLE SCHOOL VIA THE APP

Download the App. Information about the App including download links may be found by visiting http://www.vouchvault.com and downloading from The Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Your wireless service carrier's standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain mobile services may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all mobile services may work with all carriers or devices. By using the App, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding the App, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to only use the App on supported mobile devices that you own or control.

Register for an Account. To earn for your school and access the features of the App you must register for an account. Membership is free and limited to one account per email address (or Single Sign On Gateway), per device. If you are currently a registered member of the VOUCH mobile app, you will need to create an account specifically for the school.

SCHOOL COORDINATOR, REDEMPTIONS, AND PROGRAM DEADLINES Each participating school must designate a school coordinator in order to participate in the School Donation Program. School coordinators will be able to add or remove themselves, as coordinators for their schools. However, VOUCH Vault, Inc. reserves the right at its discretion to remove a school coordinator from the program at any time if it determines that the school coordinator is a detriment to the School Donation Program.

To redeem qualifying payments for a designated school, a school coordinator must complete an official VOUCH School Donation Program Payout Submission Form found at www.vouchvault.com/schoolpayouts. For each rolling 90-day payment cycle, complete a separate online submission form on the website. 

Submissions must be received within 30 days after the 90-day cycle ends.  

SCHOOL ELIGIBILITY

The School Donation Program is open to the following schools, provided that these schools (i) are organized and operated primarily for educational purposes, (ii) provide classes to a regularly enrolled body of students in one or more grades from kindergarten through twelfth grade, and (iii) maintain a regular faculty and curriculum that emphasizes foundation skills such as reading, writing, and mathematics:

  • Public schools in the United States and its territories;

  • Private or parochial schools in the United States that qualify as 501(c)(3) educational organizations under the Internal Revenue Code;

  • Schools operated by, or on behalf of, the U.S. military worldwide; and

  • Accredited private or parochial schools in Puerto Rico.

The  School Donation Program is also open to Internal Revenue Service-recognized 501(c)(3) home school associations in the United States, organized and operated primarily for educational purposes and containing a class of 15 or more students in one or more grades from kindergarten through eighth grade.

School eligibility will be determined by VOUCH Vault, Inc. at its sole discretion. VOUCH Vault, Inc. reserves the right to conduct its own research and/or request documentation (including without limitation proof of 501(c)(3) status and tax identification numbers) to verify eligibility for participation in the School Donation Program. VOUCH Vault, Inc. may deny participation in the program for failure to meet any of the verification or eligibility requirements.

Note that by participating in the School Donation Program, schools grant publicity rights to VOUCH Vault, Inc. to use the school’s earnings information and identifying information, including name and city, in promotional and marketing materials in all forms of media, in perpetuity.

YOUR ELIGIBILITY

You must be of majority in the state in which you live and at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the United States of America to participate in the Program, including use of the App and Website. By agreeing to the Terms, you represent and warrant to us: (i) that you have not previously been suspended, removed or deactivated from the App, vouchvault.com, or from the the School Donation Program and (ii) that your registration and your use of the App, vouchvault.com, or the the School Donation Program is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations and (iii) you have only one registered Vouch account per email address, per device. If you are participating in the Program on behalf of an entity, organization, or company (collectively "Subscribing Organization"), you are an authorized representative of that Subscribing Organization with the authority to bind such organization to these Terms; and agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of such Subscribing Organization. In such a case, “you” in these Terms refers to your Subscribing Organization, and any individual authorized to use the Service on behalf of the Subscribing Organization, including you.

MAXIMUM ANNUAL EARNING AMOUNT

Each eligible, enrolled school participating in the School Donation Program may earn up to, but not more than, $5,000 cash per year (beginning on the date of sign-up and to the same date of the following year) from school account follower account and content using the school’s hashtag, combined.

PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS AND UNACCEPTABLE SUBMISSIONS

Followers must be accounts registered to human users and not bots. All content, including that using the school hashtag, must also be created by registered users without the aid of bots or AI tools. The number of posts (recommendations/Vouches) using the school hashtag per user shall be capped at 200 posts per user. 

PROGRAM CHANGES

VOUCH Vault, Inc., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel without obligation or alter the terms of, the School Donation Program at any time.

PAYMENTS TO ELIGIBLE, ENROLLED SCHOOLS

To receive payment from Program participation, schools must be enrolled and determined to be active in the School Donation Program. If your designated school is determined to be inactive or ineligible in the Program, any follower or content earnings from The VOUCH Mobile App submitted or earned on behalf of that school will be deemed invalid. Prior to distribution to schools, all earnings shall remain the sole property of VOUCH Vault, Inc. You have no property rights or other legal interest in the earnings for any purpose. Checks will be made payable to the designated, active school; however, they can be made payable to a school parent, or teacher organization (along with the school name) if specifically requested by the school upon enrollment. Payments made to schools are not tax-deductible by schools, participants, or purchasers.

Payments will be made in rolling 90-day events, starting on the onboarding date. Each payment will include amounts earned by schools by the number of school account followers, and content including the school hashtag. Schools that accrue total earnings of less than $20.00 in a 90-day period will have those earnings will carry over and payment will be issued with the next payment in excess of $20.00. Checks will be mailed to the school’s address within fourteen days of the 90-day period ending. If a school fails to cash any of the School Donation Program checks within 12 months of issuance, then the school shall forfeit its right to receive such payment. Active status in the School Donation Program, and entitlement to any earnings, are conditioned upon the school cashing all earnings checks within 12 months of issuance. VOUCH Vault, Inc. imposes this condition because of the time and cost associated with administering uncashed program payments for extended periods of time. VOUCH Vault, Inc. will not replace checks requested more than 12 months after the original check was issued.

EARNINGS UPDATE Account followers and hashtag accounts may be viewed in real-time by any user of the App. VOUCH Vault, Inc. is not liable or responsible in any way for inaccuracies that may be displayed on the App relating to follower or hashtag counts, whether a result of a human or mechanical error or otherwise.

YOUR ACCOUNT

As an enrolled member of the School Donation Program, you can access a record of your current followers and hashtag tallies by viewing your profile screen on the App. Your alerts tray will also inform you of any new followers, and items from the school account that made their way into other users’ “Try Vaults”.

GENERAL

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are expressly incorporated herein by reference and made a part of these Rules.

These Rules, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and VOUCH Vault, Inc. regarding your use of and access to the Program, its applications, features, and services.
