Every follow the school account gets, regardless of where the follow comes from, will earn a $1 donation. Every VOUCH created using the school hashtag will earn an additional $0.25 donation. *

Nope! The app is 100% free, contains no advertisements, and will make it easy for them to make great recommendations to each other!

It depends on the size of the school (number of parents), how much the school decides to promote the program, and how parents decide to share outside of the school. If 300 parents download the app and follow the school account, and each post ten recommendations with the school hashtag, the school would make $1,050.

Like any fundraising initiative, it helps to send email, discuss at school meetings and PTA events, post to the school’s website and social channels, and send home flyers with the students. We have a folder of media assets to use at your discretion here.

As parents, we’re intimately familiar with programs like Box Tops. Here are a few differences:
-It takes an average of $60 spent on General Mills products to make $1 for the school whereas this program requires no spending at all.
- Instead of promoting what is often unhealthy eating habits, VOUCH promotes community and information helpful to families.
- The Box Tops program caps annual school earnings at $20K, but has an average payout of $750. We’d like to get each school much more than that. -
We’re a small early-stage team of parents that started this is passion project. To understand how the product will work best, we need users, and users cost money. Since we’re all parents, we’d rather give that money to our schools than to weaponized ad platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
